Yeye’s New Reading Gig at Harvest Moon Botanicals

Lou expresses pride in Yeye, who has quickly booked her first reading gig after just a week in town. Starting October 30, 2024, Yeye will offer readings at Harvest Moon Botanica, a shop known for its herbs and artisan items. The owner, Theresa, embodies the values of sustainability and community.

Hey everyone, Lou here! Feeling like a proud manager and friend today! Yeye has only been in town a week, and she’s already booked her first reading gig—though honestly, I’m not surprised. Hard work and manifesting miracles are just part of who she is!

Starting TODAY (10/30/24), Yeye will be offering readings every Tuesday through Friday, from 11 AM to 4 PM, at Harvest Moon Botanica (details at the end of this post).

We stopped by Harvest Moon on Saturday, right after securing Yeye’s gorgeous new apartment in Hyde Park. The shop is a gem! It’s stocked with everything you need to create a sacred space—herbs, local artisan items, and more. The whole place smells incredible!

I haven’t met the owner, Theresa Goodman, just yet, but Yeye tells me she’s empowering, kind, and has a beautiful vision. I was inspired just browsing the “About Us” page on their website. They’re all about local sourcing, sustainability, and ethical harvesting—values that resonate deeply with us. I have a feeling we’ve found kindred spirits here!

Hi all, Lou here. Yeye The Mystic Diva is about to be here and I’m giddy! We have so many plans! Kansas City has such a great mystical community, I know Yeye will be at home here.

I thought this would be a great time to talk about what a party with a Psychic Medium would look like! Of course it would be different for every psychic, since everyone is different! I can really just speak for how I’ve seen Yeye work.

To give your friends, family, or clients the chance to have an answer or different perspective to a problem, something to look forward to in their future, or a connection with a loved one who has passed, is truly a unique experience that will make people excited, and the way we do it – bring some fun!

Theme for the Party

Do you need a theme for your party? Many times Yeye is invited to events where her services are part of a larger affair – like a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, bachelorette party, or a birthday gathering. Sometimes it is a holiday event for Halloween or Christmas, and we have a book of clever names we can suggest! We bring the magic, the rest will be up to you! But with a psychic around – there is always conversation to talk about!

What better way to start the New Year than with the caring guidance of someone who can bring the gift of insight? (Yeye is already booked in Savannah, GA for New Year’s Eve, but if you are having a “Procrastinator’s New Year” party – we got you!)

What Kinds of Readings Does Yeye Do?

Yeye does mainly tarot and various card readings (she has many beautiful decks), though she does use her Ifa beads to do very specific yes or no questions, usually not at a party though. She uses these tools to focus or “tap in” to her ancestors so they can communicate and help interpret the cards. She can also do palm readings.

Setup

Yeye doesn’t need more than a small space with a table and chair, which would ideally be at least semi-private. If it is a very noisy place, people won’t be able to hear their readings, and that isn’t fun! Yeye will normally ask everyone if they want to record their readings for reviewing again later, so off to the side where it may be a little more quiet is what she needs to do the best for your guests!

What Does Yeye Bring?

Yeye can bring a myriad of mystical props depending on the occasion and space! She has a mystical bell she uses to center herself, and generally will bring her tarot cards and Ifa Beads as these are definite tools for her. She has a crystal ball, candles (flame or flameless), sage, and various items. And she’s a diva true & true, she has mystical pretties she likes to add to the table.

How Many Guests Can Yeye Give Readings ?

Yeye alone can work up to 2-3 hours (or a little over), and most party event readings take 15 minutes each. So think that she will get to 4 readings per hour. If guests want more information after their reading is over, Yeye has contact information she gives each so they can reach out to schedule a private reading with her.

As Yeye is just moving to Kansas City (as of the end of October 2024), she is going to be working hard the next two months to network so that if people want more readers at their gathering, she will have more she can suggest!

Howdy, Y’all! Lou again.
